Limited Capacity filling up
Participants will engage in a mathematical task selected from an elementary curriculum. We will model and examine the use of the 5 Practices for Orchestrating Productive Mathematics Discussions during the task. We will then share a brief planning process for daily tasks to be used to effectively plan for anticipating, monitoring, selecting, sequencing, and connecting student understanding.
